Heather Beeson, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Heather is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who completed a BA in Psychology at CSU San Marcos and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy at Chapman University. Heather has experience working in an outpatient setting, with an expertise in couples therapy. Also certified at Level II Gottman Couples Therapist, currently training in CBT for late life depression, and feels passionate about working in the LGBTQ community. Heather is currently attending a doctoral program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Loma Linda University to gain skills in program development, management, and evaluation. Her final project will focus on reducing barriers to mental health services for same sex couples while offering her services at the Behavioral Health @ The Center - The Scott Hines Mental Health Clinic.
