- Tai-Chi will be cancelled Wednesday, Dec 25 & Jan 1 and Monday, Dec 30
Tai Chi is praised for its benefits to health and longevity including strengthening the body and improving coordination and balance, important skills to retain as we age. Tai Chi also helps relieve the physical effects of stress on the body and mind.
